Meghan graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth in the spring of 2021 where she earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Psychology with an emphasis in Early Childhood Studies. She continued her education at the University of Minnesota Duluth where she received her Masters in Social Work in 2023. Meghan is a licensed graduate social worker in the state of Minnesota. She currently provides individual therapy services to individuals 12 years and older. She has experience providing individual and group therapy services to children and teens in school-based settings while utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy approaches. Meghan is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Love and Logic Parenting Curriculum.

Meghan also specializes in helping individuals navigate the complex and deeply personal journey of loss. She strives to create a safe space where clients can explore their emotions, process their grief, and begin to heal in their own time. Drawing from evidence-based approaches and a deep understanding of the grieving process, Meghan is dedicated to supporting clients as they rebuild meaning and connection after loss. Whether facing the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a major life change, clients are met with care, respect, and a steady therapeutic presence.
