Meghan is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Minnesota Duluth. She also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Early Childhood Studies.

​

Meghan has experience providing both individual and group therapy to adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, grief, trauma,and ADHD. Additionally, she provides support to individuals navigating the impacts of stress, family and peer relational issues, low self-esteem, and co-dependency. She utilizes evidence-based approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Meghan’s approach is grounded in genuineness, warmth, and a collaborative spirit, creating a therapeutic space where each person’s experiences and values are deeply honored. Meghan’s work combines evidence-based practices with neuroscience-informed care to support whole-person healing and change. She believes meaningful change begins within authentic, trusting relationships and works alongside clients to cultivate safety, curiosity, and empowerment.
