I’m a child therapist and also a parent, so I understand firsthand how hard it can be when your child is struggling. Whether your child is having big meltdowns, constant worries, trouble focusing, or just seems quieter than usual, it can affect the whole family. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Since 2011, I’ve been helping children ages 3 to 12 work through challenges like anxiety, anger, trauma, grief, family changes, and difficulties with strong emotions. I also support kids with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and learning or developmental differences. My goal is always the same: to create a safe, supportive space where your child feels understood and can build the skills they need to thrive.

I use play therapy, which taps into the natural language of children - play - to help them express themselves, process emotions, and discover healthier ways to cope. I also partner closely with caregivers to build a strong support system for their child both in and out of therapy. Parents often notice their child becoming calmer, more confident, and better able to handle everyday challenges.

I believe every child has the ability to grow and heal. Sometimes they just need the right support to get there. If you’re ready to explore how therapy could help your child, I’d love to connect. I offer free consultations so we can talk about your child’s challenges, your family’s needs, and whether therapy with me feels like a good fit.
