Bekah received her Masters in Social Work from University of St. Thomas in 2017. She has experience working across the lifespan with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and group settings. Bekah particularly enjoys working with individuals struggling with anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Bekah takes a holistic and relational perspective when working with clients and uses her experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to enhance skills with groups and individuals. In her spare time, Bekah enjoys reading, crafting, and hiking with her dog.
